When you purchase a beat, you receive a license to use that beat according to the specific license type purchased. Key points:

• Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the beats
• Usage rights depend on the license tier purchased
• Exclusive licenses remove the beat from sale to others

6. Intellectual Property

All beats, content, and materials on Deasy Beats are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The producer retains ownership of the underlying composition. Your license grants you specific usage rights but does not transfer ownership of the beat itself.

• Claim ownership of the underlying beat composition
• Use beats for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Share your account credentials with others

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your license rights to purchased beats remain valid according to their original terms, but you will lose access to your account and any unredeemed benefits.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deasy Beats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
