License Terms & Conditions
What's included in all licenses?
All licenses include the right to use the beat for commercial purposes, including streaming on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and more. You can use the beat in music videos and live performances. The main differences between licenses are the file formats provided, distribution limits, and whether producer credit is required.
Non-exclusive vs Exclusive
Basic, Standard, and Unlimited licenses are non-exclusive, meaning the beat can be sold to multiple artists. Exclusive licenses grant you full ownership - once purchased, the beat is removed from our store and cannot be sold to anyone else. You become the sole owner of the beat.
Producer Credit
Basic and Standard licenses require producer credit in the song title or description (e.g., "prod. by Deasy Beats"). Unlimited and Exclusive licenses do not require credit, though it's always appreciated. Proper crediting helps support independent producers and is a sign of respect in the music community.
Stems & Trackouts
Stems (also called trackouts) are individual audio files for each instrument/element of the beat. They allow you to have full control over the mix, mute certain elements, or create remixes. Stems are included with Unlimited and Exclusive licenses only.
